BRINGING THE HUMAN BACK INTO HOW WE WORK.
Meaningful conversations. Fresh perspectives. Lasting change.
Workplaces are full of brilliant, capable people running on autopilot, holding it together and quietly running out of road.
I help organisations slow down, look honestly at what's really going on, and bring the human back into how they work.
Through engaging keynotes, workshops and corporate training, I explore the psychology behind how we think, feel, perform and relate to ourselves and others.
Evidence-led. Deeply human. Never preachy.
ENQUIRE ABOUT BOOKING ELLETHE HUMAN SIDE OF PERFORMANCE, WELLBEING & LASTING CHANGE.
I'm Elle Mace, a psychology practitioner, corporate trainer and author of Food Freedom (Vermilion, Penguin Random House).
For years I've sat one-to-one with high performers, from elite athletes to entrepreneurs, and the same truth comes up every time:
Success doesn't protect anyone from fear, self-doubt or burnout.
What helps is honesty, understanding how our minds actually work, and the courage to do something different.
That's what I bring to the stage.
My talks combine psychology, real-world experience and honest conversations about the things that often go unspoken in the workplace.
Audiences leave feeling seen, a little challenged, and genuinely equipped to change something on Monday morning.
PEOPLE WHO I WORK WITH
SIGNATURE TALKS
Three powerful conversations. One shared purpose: bringing the human back into how we work.
01 REHUMANISING THE WORKPLACE
Connection. Trust. Psychological Safety.
AI can do more of our work than ever. So what's left for us? Everything that makes us human. This talk explores
connection, trust and psychological safety in a world that's speeding up, and why the organisations that thrive will be
the ones that remember their people aren't machines.
02 RADICAL RESILIENCE
A Kinder, Braver and More Sustainable Way to Thrive.
Resilience isn't about pushing through, staying strong or never letting it show. That version is exactly what breaks
people. Drawing on psychology and real stories of surviving to thriving, this talk redefines resilience as something
kinder, braver and far more sustainable.
03 THE POWER OF UNCOMFORTABLE REFLECTION
Why Real Growth Begins When We Dare to Look Within.
Growth rarely feels good while it's happening. This talk invites audiences to get curious about the fears, habits and
stories that quietly run their lives, and shows how a little honest discomfort can lead to real, lasting change. Warm,
funny in places, and just challenging enough.
Food Freedom at Work
The Hidden Connection Between Food, Body Image, Stress & Performance.
Based on Elle's book Food Freedom, this talk explores the often-overlooked relationship between food, body image, stress and performance. Most workplaces never talk about it, yet it affects everyone's focus, confidence and wellbeing across every team. Biology-first, non-judgemental and eye-opening, it's ideal for organisations serious about workplace mental health.
Every talk is shaped around your people.
Every engagement is tailored to your audience, culture and goals.
Discovery call: Discuss your organisation, audience and desired outcomes.
Development check-in: Once the talk is built, reconnect so the organiser knows what's coming and feels confident in it.
Optional follow-up: Review what landed and how to keep the momentum going.
Available as keynotes, workshops, panel appearances and hosted sessions — in person or online.
