Terms & Conditions – Elevate Day Retreat Festival 2026

By purchasing a ticket to Elevate Day Retreat Festival 2026 (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms:

 1. Tickets 

 • All tickets must be purchased in advance through the official booking platform.

 • Your ticket grants you entry to the Event on Saturday 13th June 2026 at Bystock House, Exmouth.

 2. Refunds & Transfers 

 • Tickets are strictly non-refundable. 

 • If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person. Please notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the Event with the new attendee’s details.

 3. Event Changes 

 • We reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, activities, or speakers if necessary. Any such changes will not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

 • If the Event is cancelled by the organisers for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket price.

 4. Health & Safety 

 • Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk. Please ensure you consult with a medical professional if you have any concerns before engaging in physical practices such as yoga, pilates, ice baths, or breathwork.

 • By attending, you confirm that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the Event.

 5. Liability 

 • The organisers accept no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the Event, except where caused by our negligence.

 6. Photography & Media 

 • The Event may be photographed and/or filmed for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media, unless you notify us otherwise in writing before the Event.
