The EM Academy
This unique membership offers you the chance to go through 15 The other monthly session will be led by Ruby, a registered nutritionist who will base her sessions around creating a sustainable lifestyle change, towards self-love and sustained enrichment.modules that you can complete at your own pace so that you can fit it around your busy schedule and put you in control.
You will also have two group sessions a month, one with Elle, a Master Practitioner (in Eating disorders, Body Dysmorphia, nutrition, obesity & weight loss). Elle will base her session around healing your relationship with food and your body.
The other monthly session will be led by Ruby, a registered nutritionist who will base her sessions around creating a sustainable lifestyle change, towards self-love and sustained enrichment.
Raising Intuitive Eaters
This workshop is designed for parents/carers to learn more about intuitive eating and how to raise your child to have a healthier relationship with food and their bodies, from early childhood through to teenagers.
What will you learn?
The correct language to use around food and body image that isn't harmful to your children
Learn how to deal with fussy eaters
How not to pass on your relationship with food to your children
How to encourage and support your children in a healthy way around food and their bodies
