FAQ: FAQ

What is an Eating Psychology Coach?

Eating Psychology coaching is a new approach developed to effectively address weight concerns, binge eating, overeating, body image concerns, and other eating based health related issues. Rather than focusing on a diet based approach, Eating Psychology Coaching seeks to understand the way we think and feel about food as food and eating is often the byproduct of personal challenges e.g. stress, anxiety, relationships, work, and body image

Will I just be following another diet?

NO! This is not a diet based solution. As a coach I believe that diets are often short-term fixes which come and go. I will provide support, strategies, tools, techniques, and nutrition principles that are; sustainable, achievable, nourishing, and give you the long term results you desire.

How do I know if I have an unhealthy relationship with food?

It's not always obvious but below is a list of some of the common signs to look for:
- Spending lots of time worrying over           your weight and body shape.
- Following very strict habits and                   routines around food.
- Eating very little
-Avoiding socialising when you think            food will be involved
- Feeling overwhelmed and guilty when      you have eaten something                        you didn't want to.
